  • Manage the collection and distribution of donated items.
  • Recruit participants, schedule study visits, and conduct testing (behavioral, MRI, EEG) and biosample handling.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and ensure adherence to data collection and consent protocols.
  • Assist in preparing study materials, including summaries, manuals, and documentation for IRB and NIH.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or Psychology, or a degree in Social Work, is preferred.

Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years of work experience is preferred.
  • A commitment of 2 years is preferred.
  • The willingness to travel throughout the Greater Boston Area.
  • Experience and sensitivity in working with diverse groups, including women, infants, and young children.
  • Flexibility to work beyond regular hours, including weekends, as needed.
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn database software such as REDCap and LORIS.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
