DESCRIPTION:Boston Children’s Hospital is proud to partner with the New England Minority Nurse Leadership board as a sponsor with this year’s conference.  \nCurrent Opportunities  \nSenior Director\, Nursing Patient Care Operations \n\nMaster’s degree in Nursing (MSN/MS) required; doctoral degree (PhD\, DrPH\, DNSc\, or DNP) preferred\, with demonstrated clinical data management skills.\nMinimum of 10 years of RN experience\, including at least 8 years of leadership in a complex\, research-intensive\, academic clinical setting; pediatric nursing leadership strongly preferred.\n\nNursing Clinical Coord – Behavioral Response Team-RN leadership role \n\nA Bachelor’s degree in nursing required\, Master’s degree in Psychiatric Nursing preferred.\n4 + years of Inpatient Psychiatric experience\, or combination pediatric and psychiatric experience required. \nManagerial/supervisory experience\, preferred.\n\nClinical Nurse Specialist – Inpatient Medicine \n\nMaster’s degree in Nursing.\nA minimum of 5 years of recent inpatient pediatric nursing experience.
