This Transplant Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for:
- Psychosocial assessment as part of transplant candidacy
- Counseling and crisis intervention
- Facilitation of use of hospital and community services
- Resource information and referral, and program development
- Psychosocial consultation to multidisciplinary team
To qualify, you must have:
- A Master’s degree in social work
- LICSW Licensure in state of MA
- Flexibility and ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment essential.
- Excellent communication skills necessary.
- Experience in medical environment, bereavement, child protection issues essential
- Persons of diversity strongly encouraged to apply.
This position is 100% onsite, and eligible for part time benefits
