Full-time social work position in the Fetal Care and Surgery Center providing a range of clinical services to pregnant women diagnosed with a fetal anomaly.
Schedule: 40 hours (4-10s or 5-8s)
Key Responsibilities:
- Screening/assessment/treatment of perinatal mental health
- Psychosocial consultation to multidisciplinary team
- Coordination of care within BCH and with partner delivery hospitals
- Opportunity to be involved in the development of the psychosocial arm of a new fetal surgery program.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker LICSW
Education:
- Master’s degree in social work
Experience:
- Comfort with crisis management, goals of care discussions and bereavement
- Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential.
- Interest in program development and research is desirable.
- Bilingual/bicultural/diverse candidates are encouraged to apply

Licensure/Certifications:
- LICSW in the state of MA required.
