Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative support for the recruiting function of the hospital which includes coordinating the on-boarding process of new hires and opening of the job requisitions within Applicant Tracking System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support for the recruiting function of the hospital to include scheduling, helping ensure job descriptions meet HR standards for posting, posting jobs to external sites, and researching and suggesting appropriate sites for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Arranging travel for candidate interviews.
  • Scheduling new hire orientation sessions.
  • Acting as a resource for internal and external callers on the employment process and recruiting policies and procedures.
  • Participating in career fairs.
  • Planning on and off-campus hiring events including interview days, open houses, information sessions, etc.
  • May assist in sourcing & screening active & passive candidates.
  • Other projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

  • One to two years of administrative or professional experience required.
  • Talent Acquisition or HR experience is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level applicant tracking systems (such as Brass Ring, PeopleSoft, Workday, iCIMS, or similar) preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, or similar systems.

The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.

Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
