Boston Children’s Lexington offers world-class pediatric care west of Boston, close to home, including:

Key responsibilities:
- Providing competent nursing care to pediatric patients and their families in the Lexington satellite clinic.
- Assisting providers; helping with the smooth running of the multi-disciplinary clinic.
- Flexibility working with multiple specialties and patient populations.
- Attending to the full range of human experiences and responses to health and illness without restriction to a problem-focus orientation.
- Working collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff.
- Providing a caring relationship that facilitates health and healing.
- Managing emergencies, real-time problem solving
- Working (3) 8-hour shifts Mon- Fri
Minimum qualifications:
Education:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of pediatric experience, with pediatric ambulatory experience a plus.
License/Certification:
- MA RN license.
The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
