The Registered Nurse will be responsible for:

  • Working in a fast-paced, Level 1 Trauma Center with patients with trauma-related, surgical and medical illnesses of varying levels of acuity and complexity.
  • 36 hours rotating nights and every third weekend.

To qualify, you must have:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • A minimum of 1 years of inpatient acute RN experience. ED experience (pedi preferred) or any acute pediatric experience, strongly preferred.
  • The ability to work in collaboration with emergency medicine physicians, nurses, mid-level providers and administrative staff is essential.
  • The analytical skills to resolve highly complex problems requiring the application of clinical, scientific or technical principles, theories and concepts and in-depth, cross-functional experience-based knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A current license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to practice as a Registered Nurse.
