Full-time social work position in the Maternal Fetal Care Center to provide a range of clinical services to pregnant women diagnosed with a fetal anomaly. Opportunity to be involved in the development of the psychosocial arm of a new fetal surgery program.

This Maternal Fetal Care Center Social Worker will be responsible for:

  • Screening/assessment/treatment of maternal mental health
  • Psychosocial consultation to multidisciplinary team
  • Coordination of care within BCH and with partner delivery hospitals

To qualify, you must have:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work and LICSW is required.
  • Comfort with crisis management, goals of care discussions and bereavement
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment essential.
  • Interest in program development and research desirable.
  • Bilingual/bicultural/diverse candidates are encouraged to apply

Schedule will include four 10-hour days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with flexibility for coverage needs.
