The IT Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery of learning experiences and trainings to our internal customers, leveraging the learning management system and products to meet our strategic objectives. This role drives the processes for scheduling, registering, assigning, tracking, uploading, and reporting of training activities for the IT Systems Training department. Position is also responsible for the coordination of all instructor-led training programs (tracking/recording/ reporting from the systems) and serves as the point of contact for any training program questions or activities posed by employees, or members of the IT Systems Training team.

The IT Training Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Driving the use of the learning system to facilitate the delivery and reporting of all product training activities, including online learning, virtual classroom, and instructor-led training.
  • Partnering with the IT Systems Training colleagues and the Learning Management System Admin to identify best practices for leveraging system functionality to best address business needs.
  • Continually assessing field and administrative needs and driving improvements in the system.
  • Establishing and driving processes through governance to implement changes to the systems to maximize value for our customers.
  • Supporting end-user issues in using the systems/platforms.
  • Generating and analyzing reports based on business needs.
  • Supporting the System Trainers by assisting with event, session, scheduling, content upload, and other activities.
  • Managing the training inbox and responding to customers within 24 hours.

To qualify you must have:

  • Bachelors’s Degree
  • Two years of LMS experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent customer service ability
  • Ability to communicate effectively and with professionalism to all audiences
