The Cyber Security Analyst II will be responsible for:
- Resolving and documenting escalated issues, and escalating when appropriate.
- Collecting information from diverse sources, summarizing the information and data to solve problems.
- Monitoring the network for security breaches, resolving or escalating issues, and documenting them for audit analysis.
- Evaluating and recognizing recurring customer issues that could indicate trends.
- Providing suggestions and assisting with process changes.
- Performing penetration assessments to identify risks, collecting information and metrics from events, and integrating knowledge gathered for further analysis.
- Assisting in audit analysis and investigation of documented issues.
- Assisting in the implementation of upgrades and fixes for security technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Information systems or related field is required
- 2 years of directly related experience is required. Directly related experience may substitute for education.
- Analytical skills to collect information from diverse sources, apply professional principles in performing various analyses, and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems.
