The Program Coordinator II will:
1. Take minutes and track follow-up items related to tasks/actions at meetings with the VC of Education and others in Education leadership
2. Assist the VC of Education in preparing budgets for various programs and activities related to education.
3. Create and maintain calendars for conferences, presentations, lectures and organize them in a central electronic location.
4. Track, document, and present to VC of Education/Leadership faculty participation metrics regarding engagement in teaching and participation to stay compliant with HMC teaching policies.
5. Create and maintain an electronic database with curriculum, videos, remote conferencing tools, and other aspects of education that may be used in teaching.
6. Assist VC of Education in tracking faculty mentor/mentee relationships
7. Assist the VC of Education in tracking faculty CME credits, Maintenance of Certification (MOC), and other licensing and certification requirements.
8. Coordinate and assist in building or choosing a centralized and unified platform which houses all of our educational resources in coordination with the BCH Communications Team, Radiology IT and Open Pediatrics.
9. Develop and maintain the external Radiology Website.
10. Maintain and organize our Department SharePoint site and/or other platforms where centralized data and information is stored Coordinate and assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
11. Coordinate the social media presence for BCH Radiology via Twitter, Instagram or other social media platforms.
12. Organize and schedule meetings for the departmental educational community using the best possible integration and communication
To qualify, you must have:
1. Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Survey Monkey, Adobe, and Website Management preferred.
5. Organizational skills to effectively organize workload, manage time and resources and schedule and prioritize projects.
