Schedule:

Division of Cardiac Anesthesia

The Program Coordinator II will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring smooth daily operations of the Division of Cardiac Anesthesia, including answering calls and welcoming visitors
  • Serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; referring inquiries to others, as needed
  • preparing the preliminary clinical assignment schedule, and working with division leadership to finalize before distributing
  • Accurately tracking incentive shifts and time off requests, preparing related report(s)
  • Planning and executing division events, such as workshops, meetings, and monthly staff appreciation
  • assisting faculty with ad-hoc requests: e.g. formatting documents, submitting reimbursements, printing posters
  • Preparing or assisting in the preparation of periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status, or other special reports for management or outside agencies.
  • May evaluate program effectiveness to develop improved methods.
  • May review applications or other program documents independently or in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to program.

To qualify, you must have:

  • Associate’s Degree. (Bachelors preferred)
  • 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Conflict resolution skills to facilitate positive interactions with the organization
  • Organizational skills to effectively organize workload, manage time and resources and schedule and prioritize projects.

Schedule: M-F 8-5 Hybrid
