- Managing clinical and research outcomes data related to fetal surgery
- Conducting accurate and efficient data entry, extraction, and analysis
- Ensuring longitudinal follow-up with patients, referring to providers, and delivery centers
- Maintaining comprehensive and timely data capture and management processes
- Collaborating closely with the clinical team, surgeons, and the Quality Improvement Consultant (QIC) to support data-driven decision-making
- Extracting knowledge from the data gathered by various in-house digital health applications and synthesizing it to discover previously hidden insights that can provide a competitive advantage or address pressing business problems
- Identifying, integrating, and preparing varied internal and external datasets for research at BCH. Leading an effort to establish a scalable and reusable data science framework to handle heterogeneous data streams and propose data analytical standards across projects
To qualify, you must have:
- An MD or PHD is required
- Prior research experience in maternal-fetal medicine, obstetrics, or neonatal care
- Proven expertise in clinical data management, research methodologies, and outcomes analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to present complex data clearly
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with REDCap or similar databases is strongly preferred
- Good working knowledge in Public Health Epidemiology or related research is desirable
- Experience working with EMR data is a plus
