Key Responsibilities:
1. Manages the planning and implementation of program goals and objectives. Work in conjunction with Sr. Management to establish goals and objectives. 2. Responsible for budget proposals and recommendations and establishes budget control system for controlling expenditures; controls expenditures in accordance with budget allocations; recommends equipment and resources for program. 3. Responsible for business change management, including business process redesign, training, SOPs 4. Manage project scope and timeline through formal change management processes 5. Manages project issues and risks through standard issue/risk process 6. Manages, selects, trains, evaluates and manages unit or department staff for effectiveness and efficiency. 7. Performs need assessments, evaluates and analyzes individual program and overall unit or department effectiveness; implements appropriate procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy to fulfill the unit or department and campus mission. 8. Develops and manages the development of internal systems and materials for delivery of programs and services. 9. Provides technical advice, policy interpretation, and guidance for application of appropriate procedures to staff, students and administrators. 10. Develops and facilitates or oversees the development and facilitation of workshops, seminars and orientations. 11. Oversees development of information flyers, internal forms and various materials to facilitate unit or department programs and services. 12. Interacts and maintains liaison with staff, faculty and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives.
Work Experience: 6 years of relevant experience
Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred Masters Experience: List experience requirements for the position/ include any preferred experience
Licensure/ Certifications: Preferred – Basic Life Support Instructor, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Instructor and Advanced Cardiac Life Support Instructor within 2 years of hire
