This Staff Nurse will be responsible for:

  • Perioperative care in circulating and scrub roles in an ambulatory surgery setting.
  • Providing nurse sedation, preop, and post-op for Adult Endoscopy procedures.
  • Providing clinical support and resources.
  • Working collaboratively in a family-centered perioperative environment.
  • Working 30 or 40 hours/week.

To qualify, you must have:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing and MA nursing license
  • Minimum 1 year of OR experience
  • Pediatric experience preferred.

**This position will start in BCH Lexington and transition to BCH Needham upon completion of the ambulatory care building (anticipated to open early 2026).**

**Sign-on bonus of $20,000 for full-time, 40 hour per week hires with over 2 years of direct OR experience as a RN (who have not worked here in the past 2 years). **
