Coordinators all activities and functions for medically complex patients to ensure that goals and objectives specified for the program are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, funding limitations or other specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities and daily operations of the program, including problem-solving, providing technical advice, and answering queries related to program goals.
- May prepare, or assist in the preparation of, funding proposals and periodic reports on program activities, ensuring effective communication with management and external agencies.
- May participate in reviewing applications or relevant program documents to support decision-making regarding program acceptance and participation.
- May assist in recruitment efforts and the development of promotional literature, fostering engagement and interest in the program.
- Plan and coordinate workshops, meetings, or conferences, managing logistics, scheduling, and participant communications to enhance program delivery.
- Maintain interactions and liaison with staff, faculty, and outside/community agencies to facilitate the achievement of program objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
- 1 year of related work experience
- The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.
- The ability to work with diverse internal and external constituencies.
