Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees planning, delivery, and support of multiple financial business systems (ERP, Oracle, Strata, etc.).
- Leads architecture discussions and ensures best practices in configuration, reporting, and integration.
- Leads stakeholder alignment sessions, project presentations, and status briefings.
- Provides executive-level updates on system performance, roadmap milestones, and budget adherence.
- Leads integrations across Finance, HR, Research, and Operational applications.
- Defines enterprise reporting standards and ensures consistency in KPI delivery.
- Oversees hiring, onboarding, and development of team members and team leads.
- Manages third-party contracts, vendor relationships, and SLA compliance.
- Supports budget planning, monitors expenditures, and justifies investment requests.
- Provides technical leadership and strategic direction for assigned application or system portfolio.
- Oversees hiring, onboarding, training, and development of staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations, recommends promotions, and manages disciplinary actions in accordance with HR policies.
- Serves as escalation point for complex technical or operational issues.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in the field of Computer Science, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field is required
- Masters degree is preferred
Expereince
- 8-10 Years of progressive experience in financial systems administration with at least 2 years of people management is required
- Leadership experience in enterprise-scale ERP initiatives within a healthcare, academic, or research setting is preferred
