This Clinical Assistant will be responsible for:
- Working in our busy Gastrointestinal clinic caring for infants, children, adolescents and young adults.
- Receiving and/or registering patients, visitors and staff for appointments.
- Facilitating patient flow through the clinic.
- Collecting, verifying and recording required information, obtaining records, files and/or results for appointments and entering related information on appropriate computer systems.
- Assisting clinician during examinations; obtaining, measuring and recording routine information such as temperature and blood pressure, weights, heights and lengths. Collecting specimens.
- Performing other related duties according to specific needs of clinic, including supply inventory, and ordering and auditing clinic supplies and formula.
- Staggered start times, M-F, 730a, 8a, 830a.
To qualify, you must have:
- HS diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of Clinical Assistant experience required
- Pediatrics experience preferred.
Please note: During a public health emergency, individuals in this role may be expected to take on additional duties to respond to organizational needs.
