We are currently seeking a full-time outpatient social work position (40 hours) to provide a range of clinical social work services to children, adolescents, and families in our Orthopedics/Cerebral Palsy Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Psychosocial screening and assessment; ongoing work with families facing chronic illness and facilitation of complex care needs
- Provision of resource information and referral and psychosocial consultation to the multidisciplinary team.
- Opportunities also for program development in collaboration with multidisciplinary team and other social worker on the service.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Master’s degree in social work
Experience:
- Social work experience in medical environment highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment ideal
Licensure/Certifications:
- LCSW licensure in the state of Massachusetts is required, LICSW licensure in the state of Massachusetts highly preferred.
