Responsibilities:
- Develop email strategy and oversee execution across campaigns helping to ensure that the organization is employing best practices, conducting tests, and effectively communicating with stakeholders in email
- Oversee emails built by vendor partners to ensure they meet organizational standards and as needed, build emails
- Collaborate with cross-organizational teams to manage audience lists for email and text
- Create text messaging plans for event recruitment and engagement, and broadcast messaging to support fundraising
- Work in close collaboration with the Director of Donor Channels to develop email plans that are strategic and center the donor journey and expand our use of SMS
- Work with the in-house creative team and external vendors to ensure email and text creative align with best practices
- Assess performance and help stakeholders understand results and key learnings
Education Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree and a min of 3 years’ experience in marketing activities with focus on email marketing, social media, cause marketing or website development industries is required
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience with Blackbaud products, especially Luminate Online and Team Raiser, or similar email and CRM tools (Blackbaud)
- Familiarity with broadcast text messaging tools like Hustle
- Ability to independently manage work, communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders
The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
