Works as part of IDS’ Training and Performance team to design, develop and deliver simulation activities to meet a broad range of clinical service needs. Develops and maintains supportive relationships with clinical service partners (CSP), patients and families, and IDS Simulation Operations Specialists within the PCS program to enhance the development of simulation activities and quality assurance mechanisms Monitors program effectiveness, reviewing associated evaluations, modifying or adapting programs as needed to ensure PCS Program offerings are performed according to established standards, guidelines, and instruction. Identifies appropriate applications of simulation technology consistent with specific and/or special needs of PCS activities. Working with Managerial supervision, supports the coordination and delivery of recurring PCS programs, and supports Faculty Development offerings as required Develops and maintains advancing knowledge of current Simulation trends, practices, and techniques through participation in professional organizations, attendance at conferences, seminars, and other continuing education programs. Serves as a member of the IDS and interdisciplinary team. Communicates issues as they arise to the Training and Performance Manager, Sr Director and Executive Director of IDS. Promotes an environment that fosters professional growth and collegiality.

The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
