- We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator (RN) to join the team within our Operating Room at Needham
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, and overseeing daily clinical and administrative operations of Lexington Perioperative operations.
- Preparing staff schedules, requests and allocates resources and facilitates coordination of care/services to meet patient care and operations requirements.
- Developing, recommending and implementing internal standards, policies and procedures to improve quality and cost effectiveness of patient care.
- Selecting, supervising and evaluating nursing and clinical support personnel as well as developing and providing staff education/development programs.
- Leading and participating in hospital, departmental and multidisciplinary programs, committees and special projects.
- Working 40 hours per week
Minimum Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years perioperative nursing experience preferred.
- Pediatric experience is strongly preferred.
- Leadership/Management experience preferred.
License/Certifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing and MA nursing license.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
**Sign-on bonus of $20,000 for full-time, 40 hour per week hires with over 2 years of direct OR experience as a Registered Nurse (who have not worked here in the past 2 years). **

The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
