This Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
Supporting clinical response to inter-visit patient requests, with triage to medical staff as indicated.

Communicating with internal and external providers (e g., pharmacies, school based nursing, pediatricians, medical specialists) with triage to medical staff as indicated.

Supporting a timely, efficient prescription renewal process including completion of prior authorizations in collaboration with medical and administrative staff.

Maintaining lab system review

Assisting providers with complex patient cases as indicated (specific follow up regarding patient/parent teaching, side effects, response to medication, compliance, etc.)

Vaccine Administration.

Performing specific Nursing assessments as needed.

Participating in departmental Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities.

To qualify, you must have:
1 year RN experience required.
Fluency in Spanish preferred.
Preferred experience is in pediatric mental health.
Ability to rotate to Martha Eliot Health Center (Jamaica Plain) and Boston Children’s Primary Care Center (Longwood area of Boston) as needed.
Work 30 hours/week Mon-Fri week. No weekends, no holidays.
