Job Summary:

The Senior Data Specialist, HR Systems supports HR operations by ensuring data accuracy, analyzing workforce information, and identifying opportunities to improve processes through system enhancements. This role serves as a key resource for HR teams by troubleshooting system issues, developing reports, and maintaining data integrity within HR systems. The Specialist partners with both HR and IT stakeholders to implement upgrades, create user training, and deliver insights that drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related queries; troubleshoot issues and escalate to the HRIS team as needed.
  • Process HR transactions outside of self-service functionality when required.
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute HR reports to support business needs.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline HR processes through system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement new HR system features and upgrades.
  • Develop training materials and provide support to HR staff and end users.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee records and organizational structure data within HR systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources Systems.
  • At least one year of experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Strong analytical skills to resolve routine to moderately complex issues using technical principles and cross-functional knowledge.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service and quality in all interactions.
