| Key Responsibilities: The Child Life Specialist will be responsible for:
Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Child Life, or a closely related field with a concentration in child life. Experience: General skills to resolve problems requiring the use of child development theory, professional child life principles, and experienced‑based knowledge. Well-developed writing skills, and excellent communication skills including conflict resolution to effectively work as a team member. Licensure/ Certifications: Child Life Certification required within 1 year of hire |
