  • Provides Tier 2/3 technical support and consulting for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and other M365 tools, ensuring seamless experiences across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
  • Develops and delivers end-user enablement materials, including documentation, knowledge articles, training resources, and presentations for technical and business audiences. Contributes to technical documentation and system governance, including architectural diagrams, deployment guides, SOPs, and platform standards for Microsoft 365 services.
  • Partners with Security, Legal, and Compliance teams to implement retention, sensitivity labels, eDiscovery, audit logging, records management, and data protection controls across all M365 workloads. Ensures compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, SOC, and organizational data-governance standards across Microsoft 365 platforms and integrations.
  • Collaborates with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Identity teams to design and deploy scalable, secure M365 solutions aligned with enterprise strategy, including Entra ID integrations, Conditional Access, and identity governance.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience required.

Certifications:

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Solutions Architect) highly preferred.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 (e.g., Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) required.
