We are recruiting for a 24 hour/week Clinical Social Worker to provide social work services in the hospital’s Office of Clinician Support. The Office of Clinician Support offers a safe, alternative communication channel for anyone engaged in clinical work with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Psychosocial screening and assessments; counseling and support services focused on alleviating work-related stressors.
- Provide interpersonal and system consultations
- Facilitate group interventions in different hospital settings
- Provide educational forums and preventive interventions around communication and stress reduction.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Master’s degree in social work
Experience:
- Flexibility and ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary.
- Experience in medical environment preferred.
- Persons of diversity strongly encouraged to apply.
Licensure:
- LICSW in the state of Massachusetts
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30-5.
This position is eligible for part-time benefits and a $3,000 sign on bonus
The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
