We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team within our Boston PACU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recovers pediatric patients from surgery/procedure.
- Prepares pediatric patients for surgery on the day of surgery/procedure.
- Working collaboratively in a family-centered environment.
- Performs developmental/age-appropriate nursing assessments and interventions.
- Collaborate with peers and interdisciplinary colleagues.
- Working primarily 10-hour shifts, rotating day start times.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of inpatient pediatric experience.
- PACU/Critical Care experience preferred.
- Post-surgical care experience preferred.
Licensure/ Certifications:
- Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse RN
The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
