Join our unique Entry to OR training program

Kickstart your career in pediatric surgery with our unique Entry to OR training program exclusively designed for registered nurses.

As an OR RN Trainee, nurses will receive didactic learning through AORN Periop 101™ over the course of six months, combined with clinical orientation, to prepare you to function in the circulator and scrub roles within the Boston Children’s operating room service lines – including Cardiovascular, ENT, Fetal Care, Oncology, Transplant, and Trauma.

To qualify, you must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a minimum of 1 year acute care RN experience. New Graduate RNs will also be considered for this role.
