- Working on a brand new 24 bed complex surgical unit
- Providing care for all pediatric patients (all ages), including Orthopedics, General Surgery & Urology, Solid Organ Transplant and End Stage Renal Disease patients
- 12 of the 24 beds will have 2:1 nursing ratio for patients needing fluid management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Working collaboratively to provide family-centered care as a member of a multidisciplinary team that provides expert care
- Working 36 hours per week, rotating days/nights and every third weekend
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
BSN required
Experience:
- A minimum of 1+ years of inpatient acute RN experience required
- Pediatric experience preferred
- PALS or ACLS preferred
Licensure/ Certifications:
- Massachusetts RN Licensure
The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
