Position Summary/ Department Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team within our Boston Operating Room.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Peri-operative care in both scrub and circulating roles.
  • Providing clinical support and resources.
  • Working collaboratively in a family-centered peri-operative environment.
  • Working either 36 or 40 hours per week, with a mix of 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts.


Minimum Qualifications
Education:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience as an RN.
  • Pediatric Operating Room RN experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of Operating Room experience as an RN preferred.

Licensure/ Certifications:

  • Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse RN

*$20,000 sign-on for RNs with over 2 years of OR experience who have not worked at BCH in 2+ years*

*This position is eligible for a $10,000 Employee Referral Bonus for internal employees*

The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.

Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
