Our program is one of the most experienced programs of its type, caring for nearly 12,000 children from across the U.S. and around the world.
Boston Children’s researchers remain at the forefront of building knowledge about the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term care of both rare — and common — skin conditions. Our experts never stop learning. We are equally skilled in treating children with both acute and chronic skin disorders, as well as abnormalities of the skin that might point to internal diseases.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing competent nursing care to patients and their families in the outpatient dermatology program.
- Partnering with multidisciplinary staff to manage clinic patient flow and patient care needs during clinic visit.
- Triaging and managing phone calls; coordinating care for patients.
- Communicating with patients, families and health care providers.
- Educating patients and families.
- Assisting clinical team with biopsy, laser, and excision procedures.
- Rotation to satellite locations required (Boston, 2 Brookline Place)
Minimum qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing.
Experience:
- 1 year RN experience required.
License/Certification:
- MA RN License.
The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
