Position Summary/ Department Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team within our Operating Room at Needham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perioperative care in circulating and scrub roles in an ambulatory surgery setting.
  • Providing clinical support and resources.
  • Working collaboratively in a family-centered perioperative environment.
  • Working 10-hour shifts with short-call requirements
  • 32 & 40 hour positions available

Minimum Qualifications
Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of OR experience.
  • Pediatric experience preferred.

License/Certifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Massachusetts nursing license.

*Sign-on bonus of $20,000 for full-time, 40 hour per week hires & $16,000 for 32 hour per week hires, with over 2 years of direct OR experience as a Registered Nurse (who have not worked here in the past 2 years). *

The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.

Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
